How to apply for an
Make sure that you’ve got the latest version of the SCB EASY app and follow these instructions
1) Select the “Apply for loans and credit cards” menu.
2) Select “UP loan.”
3) Read the details about UP Loan. Tap “Apply now.”
4) Enter your information.
How to make an repayment
1) Go to “My Accounts.”
2) Select UP loan accounts.
3) Select UP loan card and tap “Pay.”
4) Select to make a full repayment, a minimum repayment, or specify a repayment amount.

A loan amount will be transferred to the SCB account as per your instructions.
If you wish to increase or decrease your credit line, please visit an SCB branch and fill out a request form to change your credit line. For a request for credit line increase, please submit the following documents together with a request form:
Employees/Government Officers
- A copy of your ID card or a copy of your Government/State Enterprise Officer ID card and a copy of house registration
- A copy of payroll account statements for the past 3 months (including the current month)
- A current payroll account statement or payroll slip. If unavailable, please submit a certificate of employment stating your salary, position, and years of service
Business owners/self-employed
- A copy of your ID card
- A copy of account statements for the past 6 months
- A copy of company/business shareholder and company/business registrations
