How to track status via the SCB EASY app

1. Launch the SCB EASY app and select the “Apply for loans and credit cards” tab.
Status tracking is available for the following products:

  • Home Loan
  • My Home My Cash
  • Auto Loan
  • My Car My Cash
  • Speedy Loan
  • Speedy Cash และ Speedy Card e-Card
  • Credit Card
  • SSME Loan (for individual applicants)
  • Purposeful Loan (for education and medical care)

2. Tap “Track loan/credit card application status”

3. The app will display application status.
Status 1: Application Received
  • The application has been keyed into the SCB system.
4.The app will display the application status.
Status 2: Follow up document(s)
  • If more document(s) are required or documents need to be updated
  • If documents are complete, this status will be skipped.
5.The app will display application status.
Status 2: In Process
  • Loan/credit card application is in the consideration process.
6.The app will display the application status.
Status 3: Application Result
  • The message varies by type of loan/credit card the customer has applied for.
If the “Application not found” message is displayed, the reason may be any of the following:
  • The loan the customer has applied for is not available for status tracking, such as a loan from the employee’s provident fund, Home Loan Top Up, Your Loan, etc.
  • The customer has not registered their loan application with their ID document number.
  • The customer’s loan application is over 30 days old.

How to track status via SCB Connect Notification

Once your loan/credit card application has been registered in the system, an “Application Received” message will be automatically sent to you via SCB Connect. The application status will be updated upon change.

Status tracking is available for the following products:

  • Speedy Loan
  • Speedy Cash and Speedy Card e-Card
  • Credit Cards
If you wish to further track status, tap “Track Status.” You will be automatically directed to the “Track loan/credit card application status” page on the SCB EASY app without re-keying your information.

In case of incomplete or incorrect information, but no more document(s) are required, the status notification in the screenshot will be displayed.
For a status notification asking the customer to submit more document(s) within a given period, a list of document(s) will be displayed under the “Submit document(s)” tab.

To submit more document(s) via SCB Connect

1. Tap “Submit document(s).”

2. Tap “Add photo” for each document
to be submitted.

3. When you have added all photos of document(s),”
 tap “Submit document(s).

4. The system will check the document(s) and display a document submission result.

5. A status notification will be sent to the customer when the system has received the required documents.

How to track status via website

1.Visit https://lat.scb.co.th/
 Status tracking is available for the following products:

  • Home Loan
  • My Home My Cash
  • Auto Loan
  • My Car My Cash

  • Speedy Cash and Speedy Card e-Card
  • Credit Card
  • SSME Loan (for individual applicants)
  • Purposeful Loan (for education and medical care)

for your loan/credit card application to receive a one-time password (OTP).

Status 1: Application Received
  • Status will be displayed once the application has been keyed into the SCB system.
4.The website will display the application status.
Status 2: Follow up document(s)
  • If more document(s) are required, or incorrect ones need to be replaced.
  • If documents are complete, this status will be skipped.
5.The website will display the application status.
Status 2: In Process
  • Loan/credit card application is in the consideration process.
6.The website will show the application status.
Status 3: Application Result
  • The message varies by type of loan/credit card the customer has applied for.
