1. Cash deposit

1. Visit a 7-Eleven counter.
2. Insert your ID card at the EDC and follow these steps:
   • Press the “Green” button to accept the deposit terms and conditions.
   • Enter a receiving SCB account number, depositor’s telephone number, and a deposit amount.
   • Review all details on the screen and press the “Green” button.
   • Review all details again and press the “Green” button again to confirm.
3. Present the deposit cash including the service fee.
4. Accept the transaction slip.

2. Cash Deposit via the SCB Easy Application

1. Visit a 7-Eleven counter
2. Insert your ID card at the EDC.
3. Show your QR code for the deposit from the SCB Easy App and follow these steps on the EDC:
   • Press the “Green” button on the EDC to accept deposit terms and conditions.
   • Enter your telephone number.
   • Review deposit details on the screen and press the “Green” button.
   • Review all details once again and press the “Green” button to confirm.
4. Present the deposit cash including the service fee.
5. Accept the transaction slip.

3. Cash withdrawal via the SCB Easy Application

1. Visit a 7-Eleven counter.
2. Insert your ID card at the EDC and perform facial recognition.
3. Show an SCB Easy QR code and follow these steps:
   • Press the “Green” button on the EDC to accept withdrawal terms and conditions.
   • Enter your telephone number.
   • Review withdrawal details on the screen and press the “Green” button.
   • Review all details once again and press the “Green” button to confirm.
4. Present the service fee.
5. Sign the withdrawal slip.
6. Accept the transaction slip with the 7-Eleven employee’s signature.
