Log in to www.scbeasy.com, choose the menu titled "Apply/Buy Other Services." Then choose "Register SCB Direct Debit," click "Add" and follow the instructions to specify the biller.
Open the app, press "Bill Pay," press "Go," select "Bill" or "Scan Bill," then enter the reference number from the bill. Enter the amount, check for accuracy, then press the "Confirm" button. Your payment will be made immediately.
Your SCB account can make payments for prepaid mobile phone service (AIS, DTAC, True) for both customer and service provider accounts. It also can pay for MPay, Paysbuy, the Easy Pass expressway card, True, 3GX, My4G, GoodGames and Line Pay.
How to apply
Merchants can apply for Mae Manee service through two channels:
1. Download the Mae Manee application.
- The iOS system version can be downloaded through the App store.
- The Android system version can be downloaded through Google play.
2. Register via the SCB EASY application.
Merchants can contact any convenient branch for advice or ask for more information at the SCB Merchant Call Center at 02-777-7444 from 07.30 - 23.00 hrs. every day.
Accounts that cannot receive money from the Mae Manee service:
1. Joint accounts
2. “for” accounts
3. “by” accounts
4. eKYC accounts
5. Online account

Account owners can change their name and surname by bringing official documents to the branch where the account is opened
Merchants can select the shop category that is closest to them.
Adding Employee Accounts:
Shop owners:
1. Open the Mae Manee application to go the ‘Sales Summary’ page (first page).
2. Press the triple bar navigation menu on the lower right corner and choose ‘Employee Management’.
3. Press ‘Add Employee Account,’ and you will see a page to fill out the shop employee information (name and phone number), then press ‘Create Employee Account’. The system will generate a PIN and display it on the screen.
4. The shop owner lets their staff know the PIN.
Employees:
1. Open the Mae Manee application. Select 'Shop Employee' mode at the login screen.
2. Enter the phone number and PIN received from the shop owner, then press 'Next'.
3. If the information is correct, it will display the Terms and Conditions page, then press ‘Accept’.
4. An OTP will be sent to the phone number provided. The employee enters the OTP received. If correct, the application will show the Sales Summary page for the employee.
Deleting Employee Accounts:
Delete employee accounts so that they cannot access the application:
1. Open the Mae Manee application to enter the ‘Sales Summary’ page.
2. Press the triple bar navigation menu on the lower right corner and choose ‘Employee Management’, which will display a list of all the shop employees that the shop owner has added.
3. On the right-hand side of the list of employees there will be a trash bin icon. Click on the trash bin to delete the employee's account from the store.
4. The screen will show a notification message to confirm the deletion.
5. Press 'OK', and the name of that employee will be removed from the shop and will not appear on the employee list page of the 'Employee Management’ menu again.
*Employees whose accounts have been removed from the shop will not be able to access and view shop information.

The employee can ask the shop owner for a PIN or ask that the shop owner request a new PIN through the application again.

How to use the service
Merchants can check their slips via 2 channels:
Mae Manee application:
1. Go to Mae Manee application.
2. Press the 'Receipt History' menu.
3. Press the 'Search' symbol.
4. Fill in the required information.

Currently, merchants are unable to change their transaction limit which is in accordance with the Bank’s terms and conditions. However, merchants can request an increase of their daily limit.
Merchants can increase their daily limit as follows:
- Open the Mae Manee application, select the ‘Settings’ menu from the triple bar navigation menu on the lower right corner > Manage Shop > Enter PIN > Change Shop Information.
- Add/Edit photos should be “Shop front image” or “Product for sale” which must match goods and services.
- Press the 'Next' button to display the 'Shop Type' page.
- Press the 'Next' button to display the 'Address or Online Shop Information' page, and then press the 'Finished' button to save the information.
The bank will verify the merchant information to approve a limit increase.

For the Mae Manee application:
Merchants can check the information through the QR Code menu at the bottom of the store’s sales summary page (Dashboard) on the Mae Manee application.
For the SCB EASY application:
Merchants can check the information by pressing the Mae Manee tab on the Lifestyle screen, then press the ‘Create QR’ button.
Shop owners can edit their shop information by themselves via the Mae Manee app and SCB EASY app.
For the Mae Manee application, select menu ‘Settings’ from the triple bar navigation menu on lower right corner > Manage shop > Enter PIN code > Change shop information.
For the SCB EASY app > Mae Manee QR and pin for Mae Manee Shop > Manage Shop Button > Manage Information.
The information can be edited in the following sections.
• Shop photos
• Line ID (if any)
• Shop name, both Thai and English.
• Shop email
• Shop phone number
• Shop business type
• Types of products and services
• Estimated monthly sales
• Shop address
Shop owners can contact any convenient SCB branch and present an ID card for the branch to print a Mae Manee QR Code.
Shop owners can print the QR Code from the Mae Manee application by themselves. If customers cannot scan the QR Code to pay, shop owners can contact any convenient SCB branch to print a new Mae Manee QR Code.
Users are advised to close the application and reopen it. If the issue still persists, users can contact the SCB Merchant Call Center at tel. 02-777-7444 between 07.30-23.00 hrs. every day.
Users can still access the Mae Manee application as usual by downloading the Mae Manee application and the SCB EASY application onto their mobile phones and logging in.
Shop owners can contact the SCB Merchant Call Center at tel. 02-777-7444 between 07.30-23.00 hours every day to file complaints or close a Mae Manee account.
How to get money
There are two types of QR Codes:
1. Static QR Code: This type of QR Code requires customers to specify the payment amount.
2. Dynamic QR Code: For this type of QR Code, the merchant will specify the amount to receive payment from customers. If customers want to change the amount, the merchant will have to generate a new QR Code.
Merchants can use the Mae Manee QR Code received from the service request to receive payments from customers immediately.
When customers pay via QR Code, money will be credited to the merchant's Mae Manee account immediately. At the end of the day, the system will automatically transfer the total amount from Mae Manee to the account selected by the shop owner (at about 3.00 a.m.). However, sales transactions with payment received after 23.00 hrs. will be counted as next day transactions.
Merchants can transfer money from Mae Manee to the receiving account by themselves by following the steps below:
1. On the first page, press 'Transfer money into your account'.
2. Enter a 6-digit PIN.
3. Press the 'Transfer Now' button.
Merchants can accept credit cards by requesting credit card and installment payment services which can accept payments via QR, credit card, or Mae Manee bill, depending on the application that the customer uses for scanning and whether a credit card is already linked or not.
Merchants can check fees for accepting credit card payments at Mae Manee Bill Menu > Create Mae Manee Bill.
Merchants will receive a notification instantly on the Mae Manee Application when receiving a payment via the QR Code.
Shop owners can check the notification feature on their mobile phone. If they have enabled the notification feature and still do not receive messages, they can contact the SCB Merchant Call Center at tel. 02-777-7444 at 07.30-23.00 hrs. every day.

If using the Mae Manee application:
Merchants will receive notifications instantly via the Mae Manee application when customers pay via QR Code and can view historical payment transactions at the “Sales Summary” page (first page) or through the "Sales Transactions" menu.
If using the SCB EASY application:
Merchant will receive notifications in their application’s Inbox and view historical transactions at the Account Summary page in the "My shops" section.
Shop owners can change their receiving account at the Mae Manee application by following the steps below:
1. Go to the Mae Manee application.
2. Press the triple navigation menu on the lower right corner and select the 'Manage Shop Information' menu.
3. Then enter the 6-digit PIN previously set and select 'Manage Account' menu.
4. Press the pencil icon to edit. The application will display the accounts that can be linked to receive money.
5. Select the desired account, then press 'OK'.
Notes:
1) The SCB EASY app does not have this account change feature.
2) Changing the receiving account via the Mae Manee application can only be done by users with shop owner status.
If a bank account is changed after 10:30 p.m., the selected account will be effective on the next day.

Required documents for requesting payment limit adjustment that must be submitted to the Merchant Call Center are:
- Business documents, such as commercial registration certificates.
- Photos related to the store, such as product photos, shop names, in-shop products, water bills, electricity bills, or rental documents that can clearly identify the address of the store.
- A certified true copy of the owner's ID card (the same as those registered in Mae Manee Shop App).
