1. Select “My Accounts.

 

 

2. Select the e-FCD account for which you want to request a statement.

 

 

3. Select “More Services.”

 

 

4. Select “Request Account Statement.”

 

 

5. Select the period for the statement request, then tap “Submit.”

 

 

6. The requested account statement will be sent to your provided email address.
