SCB provides quick service when issuing or renewing electronic Letters of Guarantee (e-LG) for customers applying with collateral of 10,000 baht or more.

Convenient! This service is available at all SCB branches country-wide.

There's no need to wait to receive the new e-LG before applying to the PEA, and there's no need to ask for the old e-LG in order to cancel.

Terms and Conditions

  • The customer must have a credit line with SCB. The bank cannot issue an e-LG on behalf of a third party.
  • Customers can apply for the Letter of Guarantee service at the bank branch, CBS  Hub or SCB Business Center. Please specify: (1) The name and account number of the account to be used to pay the fee, or pay the fee in cash at the branch. (2) E-mail and/or mobile phone number to receive e-LG confirmation notifications.
  • The bank will send a Letter of Guarantee electronically to the PEA after the bank has received the fee. Customers will receive confirmation of the e-LG results from the bank via e-mail or SMS, while the PEA will send confirmation by SMS only.
