SCB has transferred credit card and certain personal loan businesses to CardX Co., Ltd. You can apply for a new CardX credit card/cash advance card via the SCB EASY app or any SCB branch. In this regard, you will need to submit supporting documents for your application for such credit card/cash advance card. Approval conditions are as specified by CardX Co., Ltd.

Given that your credit/cash advance card will no longer be valid starting from February 1, 2024, if you still have outstanding balances on installment plans you can conveniently make installment payments using the SCB EASY app or by visiting any SCB ATMs or branches.
Effective from February 1, 2024, all your monthly direct debit services facilitated through your credit card will be discontinued, such as utility bills, mobile phone service fees, insurance premiums, and more. If you wish to maintain these direct debit arrangements, you can provide the service provider with the details of another credit card that you want them to use for direct deductions.
After 31 January 2024, SCB will refund the annual fee on a pro rata basis based on the remaining validity period of the SCB M credit card. Refunds will be transferred to your SCB deposit account by 30 April 2024. If you don’t have an SCB deposit account, please call the SCB M Call Center at 1295 to give your account number to receive your refunds.
If your card is lost, damaged, stolen, or expired, you can request a replacement card until December 31, 2023. The bank will issue a new card following the standard procedures.
After 31 January 2024, SCB will transfer such refunds to your SCB deposit account by 30 April 2024. If you don’t have an SCB deposit account, please call the SCB M Call Center at 1295 to give your account number to receive your refunds.

This refund will be transferred to the account linked to the debit card promptly after the card has been successfully canceled. Remarks: For customers who do not cancel their cards by January 31, 2024, the bank will automatically provide a proportional refund of the annual fee by February 25, 2024.

After 31 October 2023, SCB M VISA prepaid cards will not be valid for making payments or top-ups. If there is a remaining balance in your SCB M VISA prepaid card, you are advised to use it up by 31 October 2023.
Prior to the card service ending on October 31, 2023, the Bank will notify cardholders to provide their deposit account number. This allows the Bank to transfer any remaining funds from the card to the customer's deposit account if there is a balance remaining on the card. Customers can update their deposit account number by contacting the SCB Call Center at 02-777-7777.
Customers can furnish the account numbers of other banks in Thailand for the refund. Please note that there is a transfer fee of 30 baht, or a fee as determined by each respective bank for transfers to accounts in other banks. This fee will be deducted from the transferred amount.
The bank will transfer the remaining balance on the card to the cardholder after the bank has been notified, or the customer has informed the bank of the change in the deposit account number for receiving the refund. In the event that a refund has not been received, cardholders can initiate the refund request by contacting the SCB Call Center at 02-777-7777.
The owner of the account to receive a card balance transfer must be the cardholder only. Card balance transfers cannot be made to a third party.
