What’s an UP loan?

An UP loan is a personal revolving loan. You can easily apply for an UP loan via the SCB EASY app and a loan amount will be instantly transferred to your SCB savings account upon loan approval. Repayments are in monthly instalments of up to 72 months.

What about interest rates?

The maximum 25% p.a. Interest rate is calculated daily.

Is there any fee?

There is stamp duty at 0.05% of an approved loan amount but no more than 10,000 baht.

What is the maximum credit line?

The maximum credit line is up to 5 times your monthly average income but no more than 5,000,000 baht.

How long is an instalment period?

The minimum instalment period is 12 months, and the maximum instalment period is 72 months.

What are the applicant’ qualifications?
  1. Thai nationals aged between 20 – 60 years
  2. A minimum income requirement
    • 10,000 baht/month for employees (with permanent employment status)
    • 10,000 baht/month or a cash flow statement of the business’ account for at least 6 months for business owners
  3. Have a home or office contact number.

Supporting documents for loan application

For employees

  1. A copy of your ID card or Government/State Enterprise Officer card with your ID number and photo on it
  2. A copy of your house registration
  3. A current payroll slip or a salary certificate
  4. A copy of payroll account statements for the past 3 months

For business owners

  1. A copy of your ID card or Government/State Enterprise Officer card with your ID number and photo on it
  2. A copy of your house registration
  3. A copy of company/partnership registration issued by the Ministry of Commerce
  4. A copy of account statements for the past 6 months

When a loan is approved, how can I draw down an amount?

Upon loan approval, the loan amount will be transferred to your SCB savings account as per your instructions.

How can I check my payment history?

Your payment history is available on the SCB EASY app, or you can call the SCB Call Center at 02-777-7777.

How can I increase my credit line?

If you wish to increase or decrease your credit line, please visit an SCB branch and fill out a request form to change your credit line. For a request for credit line increase, please submit the following documents together with the request form:

Employees/Government Officers

  1. A copy of your ID card or a copy of your Government/State Enterprise Officer ID card and a copy of house registration
  2. A copy of payroll account statements for the past 3 months (including the current month)
  3. A current payroll account statement or payroll slip. If unavailable, please submit a certificate of employment stating your salary, position, and years of service

Business owners/self-employed

  1. A copy of your ID card
  2. A copy of account statements for the past 6 months
  3. A copy of company/business shareholder and company/business registrations
