Insurance terms
- SCB Loan customers who have insured residence with Deves Public Insurance Company
- No insurance in the case of a building made mainly of wooden.
- Sum Insure start from 300,000 Baht and maximum sum insure is 5,000,000 Baht.
- This insurance plan for the insured place is a residential use and located in Thailand
- Property inside the building Property such as money, gold, banknotes, prints, manuscripts, antiques, objects of art, jewelry, valuables, mobile phone, all electronic equipment etc. are excluded from the policy.
Benefits and Coverage
To cover loss of or damage to the home asset within the insured's residential building.
- Coverage home asset against :
1.1 Fire, lighting, Explosion, Vehicle Impact, Aircraft, Water Damage (excluding floods).
1.2 Natural Perils e.g. windstorm, flood, earthquake or volcanic eruption or underwater waves or tsunami and hail. - Extend protection against electrical appliances and Expense for renting temporary accommodation.
- Theft, there were obvious of damage to the building and Robbery (JR. 2)
- Third Party Liability within the insured's residential building.
- Cover loss of or damage property as follows : Solar Panel and Related Equipment not more than 5 kw., EV Wall Charger, Smart Home Technology (IoT) and Home Security System.
