Insurance terms

  1. SCB customers who have a residence 500,000 Baht to 10,000,000 Baht
  2. No insurance in the case of a building  made mainly of wooden.
  3. Suminsurance coverage must be from 500,000 Baht and not more than 10,000,000 Baht
  4. This insurance plan For the insured place is a residential home only.
  5. This insurance plan applies to houses and properties located in Thailand.
  6. Property inside the building Property such as money, gold, banknotes, prints, manuscripts, antiques, objects of art, jewelry, valuables, etc. are excluded from the policy.

Benefits and Coverage

Covers loss or damage to the building and content within the insured's residential building.

 

Home Insured Plus 1 - 2

  1.  Fire, lightning, explosion, danger from smashing and/or collision of vehicles Aircraft disaster water damage (excluding floods) and only natural disasters (windstorm, flood, earthquake or volcanic eruption or underwater waves or tsunami and hail) all dangers together not exceeding 20,000 baht (per policy year)
  2.  Extended natural disasters (wind storms, floods, earthquakes or volcanic eruptions) or underwater waves or tsunamis and hail) (including all disasters per policy year) for Home Insured Plus 1 only.
  3.  Expenses for renting temporary accommodation  (per policy year).
     3.1  All concrete, not more than 1,000 baht per day, maximum not more than 50,000 baht.
     3.2 Half-building, half-timbered, no more than 500 baht per day, maximum not more than 25,000 baht.

 

Home Insured Plus 3 - 4

  1.  Fire, lightning, explosion, danger from smashing and/or collision of vehicles Aircraft disaster water damage (excluding floods) and only natural disasters
     (windstorm, flood, earthquake or volcanic eruption or underwater waves or tsunami and hail) all dangers together not exceeding 20,000.- baht (per policy year)
  2. Extended natural disasters (wind storms, floods, earthquakes or volcanic eruptions) or underwater waves or tsunamis and hail) (including all disasters per policy year) for Home Insured Plus 3 only.
  3. Expenses for renting temporary accommodation  (per policy year).

  4. Protection of electrical appliances up to 100,000 baht (per policy year)
  5. Theft insurance that shows obvious signs of damage to the building, robbery (BG. 2) up to 400,000 baht (per policy year)   
       5.1  Loss or damage to property inside the building (per policy year)
       5.2 Expenses for repairing the building in which the insured property is kept (per policy year)
       5.3 Damage to personal property (per policy year)
