Qualification and Document Required
Insurance conditions
- The insured must be between 20 and 75 years old (full years) and can be renewed up to 90 years old, counting from the date of birth to the start date of coverage (full years).
- The insured must be in good health, with no disabilities, no mental illness.
- The insured must be a natural person of Thai nationality and a resident of Thailand, or a foreigner who has legally entered the Kingdom of Thailand and has a legal work permit or evidence showing residence in Thailand for more than 1 year.
- Additional Occupations
4.1 Occupations that are not covered include those who make or use explosives or underground mines, professional athletes/stunt performers,employees/workers working on ships or offshore, employees working at heights (e.g. cleaning outside windows, installing electric poles)
4.2 Occupations that are not covered on dutied such as soldiers and police (not covered while performing defense and suppression duties), airline staff/crew, firefighters/rescuers (not covered while performing duties). - PA Judtem plan with medical coverage - You can receive medical treatment at hospitals in the company's network without having to pay in advance for medical expenses. Just show ID card/passport only or the Deves E-Card.
- The company limits the insurance amount in the case of purchasing insurance Plan Without Medical Expenses and With Medical Expenses together to not more than 5,000,000 baht per person (verified by ID number).
