SCB Payroll service is a service providing for payments of salary, wages, or other remunerations to employees following a company’s instructions made via SCB Business Net for automatic transfers to employees’ payroll accounts.
There is no minimum requirement regarding years of establishment for companies applying for SCB Payroll service.
SCB Payroll Employee Solutions and other offers are available for your employees. Details vary by each product’s conditions.

To apply for SCB Payroll service via the StartBiz application at an SCB branch, please prepare the following supporting documents:
1. ID documents of the company’s authorized signatories
2. The company’s certificate of business registration
3. The company’s seal (if any)
Apply for SCB Payroll service by filling out an application form at an SCB branch. Please prepare the following supporting documents:
1. The company’s certificate of business registration issued within the past 6 months signed by the company’s authorized signatories and stamped with the company’s seal (if any)
2. A copy of the ID documents of the company’s authorized signatories signed by the authorized signatories confirming true copy
3. A copy of the ID documents of the company’s authorized persons (if any) signed by the authorized persons confirming true copy
4. Other supporting documents as per the conditions specified in the company’s certificate of business registration (if any)
There is no requirement on a minimum number of employees for a company to apply for the SCB Payroll service.
Yes, you can send payroll transfer instruction on any day, including bank holidays.
SCB Payroll accounts are SCB savings accounts that can be opened to receive salaries paid by employers on a scheduled date.
You can present your SCB Payroll account passbook to receive special offers at any SCB branch.
Note: Special offers are not available for savings accounts with e-passbooks.
No fee is charged for withdrawals and fund transfers made with SCB debit cards in the same clearing zone. Transactions across clearing zones are subject to a fee of 20 baht/transaction. Balance inquiries, withdrawals, and fund transfers are free for up to 4 transactions in total/month.
You can use the SCB EASY app for free withdrawals, fund transfers, top-ups, and bill payments for an unlimited number of transactions.
Most Employee Solutions offers are available for you regardless of employment period. However, to apply for an SCB Home Loan or Car Loan, eligible customers shall:
· Be permanent/full-time employees at companies using SCB Payroll service
· Have worked at the company for at least 4 months
· Remain employed by the company as of the loan application date
· Apply for Direct Debit for loan installments from their SCB Payroll account.

If you do not have an SCB savings account, you can open an account at any SCB branch.
If you already have an SCB savings account, please contact any SCB branch to convert it to an SCB Payroll account. Next, please notify the HR Department at your company to let them know that you wish to use your SCB Payroll account to receive your salary.
