Enable/disable Planet SCB card online payment via SCB EASY App

             To increase Prepaid card security, SCB has implemented a system allowing customers to easily enable/disable International online payments via the SCB EASY app. Set to launch on 19 Feb 2022, the feature will be disabled by default. Customers can enable online payments via the SCB EASY app through the following simple steps:

  1. Choose “Account Summary"
  2. Choose “My Prepaid cards”
  3. Choose the required card.
  4. Choose “Services”.
  5. Choose “Block or unblock domestic or international e-commerce”.

Notes: Fund transfer from cards to deposit accounts will also be locked for cards disabled for local online payments. Customers must unlock the feature by following the steps outlined above in order to transfer money from the card.

To activate the feature, you must update your SCB EASY app to version 3.52
