To tighten security for the Planet SCB card usage, effective19 February 2022, SCB will add a new alert service notifying customers of every payment transaction on the card using Line SCB Connect so they will never miss a transaction.
This service of Planet SCB card alert for every transaction via ATMs, CDMs, VTMs, EDCs, and online payments such as;
Notes: Customers who do not want to receive Line SCB Connect alerts for the Planet SCB card can choose to turn off the service.

Adding your Planet SCB card on Line SCB Connect
1. Open Line SCB Connect and choose “Settings.”
2. Choose “Prepaid Cards.”
3. Choose “Add accounts"
4. Enter your telephone number and OTP
5. Choose the required cards
Removing Planet SCB card from Line SCB Connect
1. Open Line SCB Connect and choose “Settings.”
2. Choose “Prepaid Cards”
3. Choose “Cancel alert.”
4. Press “Confirm.” The cancelation will apply to all alerts for the Planet SCB card.
