Mr. Thien-ngern was appointed as a President on February 16, 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Venture Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of SCBX and held various positions at SCB including President in 2019, Chief Digital Transformation Officer and Director and Member of Technology Committee in 2018.

Prior to joining SCB, he had an extensive experience working with multinational organizations in several roles, including Research Director of Iacocca Institute, Country Managing Director of Accenture, Deputy Secretary-General to the Prime Minister, and General Manager of Microsoft (Thailand).

Mr. Thien-ngern hold a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and Master’s Degrees in business administration and manufacturing systems engineering from Lehigh University, U.S.A.
