Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) is reaffirming its leadership in digital banking by partnering with Thunes, the Smart Superhighway to move money around the world. This collaboration aims to enhance international money transfer service via the SCB EASY app by expanding the number of currencies that can be transferred worldwide. The new destinations include Australia, Cambodia, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Sweden and Vietnam. Customers can now transfer money abroad in major currencies such as Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, Hong Kong dollars, Euro, Japanese yen, South Korean won, Chinese yuan, Swedish krona, Danish kroner, Indonesian rupiah, Indian rupee, Malaysian ringgit, Philippine peso, and Vietnamese dong. This service covers 26 destination countries/territories with a starting fee of 199 baht, ensuring the recipient receives the full amount. The service is convenient, fast, and in real-time, available 24/7.
