SCB Wins Top Marketing Awards from Marketing Excellence Awards 2024, Reinforcing Its Digital Bank with a Human Touch Strategy


Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), led by Ms. Piyamas Siriwat, Senior Vice President, Solution Sales and Specialist Division and other executives, announced the bank’s success in winning two prestigious marketing awards of the year from a leading international platform, i.e., Marketing Excellence Awards 2024. SCB won two awards for marketing campaigns at the Marketing Excellence Awards 2024 event, organized by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, a leading Singapore-based online marketing media:

  • Gold Award in Excellence in B2B Marketing for the bank’s "Empowering Small Giants in Trade" campaign, emphasizing the bank's commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SSMEs) facing tough competition, rising costs, and volatile exchange rates. Recognizing the crucial role of SSMEs in driving the Thai economy, the bank uses advanced technology and expertise to design financial solutions tailored for small import-export businesses, such as FX Online services with special exchange rates and fees, and convenient transactions anytime, anywhere, to help reduce costs and enhance global competitiveness effectively.
  • Silver Award in Excellence in Influencer / KOLs Marketing for the "Mae Manee Chuan Chim" campaign. The bank aims to support Thai entrepreneurs and restaurants nationwide after the COVID crisis by developing and extending the "Mae Manee Chuan Chim" campaign to help shops increase sales with convenient payment services. Shops can accept payments without worrying about small change via the Mae Manee application, as well as enjoy financial solutions to help businesses grow sustainably. The marketing campaign is promoted through various channels, such as videos promoting restaurants, the Mae Manee Chuan Chim website, which accepts applications from entrepreneurs, key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the food industry, and interviews with successful restaurant entrepreneurs joining the Mae Manee Chuan Chim campaign.
