SCBX Group upholds Buddhist traditions with annual Royal Kathin Robe Offering Ceremony at Wat Ang Thong Worawihan in 2023

His Majesty the King graciously bestowed a Royal Kathin Robe upon the SCBX Group, recognizing their commitment to preserving Buddhist traditions. The ceremony took place at Wat Ang Thong Worawihan, situated in Bang Kaeo Subdistrict, Mueang Ang Thong District, Ang Thong Province. In a significant display of devotion to Buddhism, Dr. Lackana Leelayouthayotin, Director of Siam Commercial Bank, led the executive team and employees in the offering ceremony. The distinguished event was attended by Mr. Piriya Chanthadilok, the governor of Ang Thong Province, and representatives from various government agencies in the region. The primary objective of the ceremony was to uphold the rich cultural traditions of Thailand and contribute to the preservation of Buddhism. The total donations for royal merit during the ceremony amounted to 3,864,914.77 baht.
